Formed in 2015, VITAL BREATH is made up of Jérôme Ponselle, vocals and guitar (Burning Lake), François Brisk at the drums (ex Dyslesia, Virus IV), Sylvain De Nicola at the guitars (Kemet, Blackness, Dyslesia) and Guillaume Boudou, bass guitar (Red rocks) who replaces Christophe Babin since the beginning of 2015.
After a first album released in March 2013 via M&O MUSIC, the band performed in France and Belgium, in particular the famous PPMFest with Queensryche, Helloween, Gamma Ray, Firewind and many more. Two video clips where made to promote this album with the tracks “Modern messiah” and “Stand alone”.
VITAL BREATH are currently working on their second album. A first single, « welcome to my world », was released in June 2015 via Zimbalam. It will be soon followed by the new LP in 2016.
Thanks to their talented and skilled members known by the European rock metal scene, VITAL BREATH proposes a personal musical style, a tasty mix of various influences coming from metal, rock, alternative and pop tunes. For sure, fans of Alter Bridge, Alice in chains, Shinedown or Dream Theater will enjoy VITAL BREATH!
